This facial steamer was great and seemed more like a professional steamer rather than a home one. It was pretty durable, thanks to its metal stand and high-quality plastic. It had hot and cold settings, and you could even do both at the same time, which is rare outside a professional setting.

Completely stopped working after only a couple months. As others stated the company does not respond when you reach out. Don’t get this one.

I ordered this item and it worked well for a few months but now the steam sensor is no longer working g. I need information on how to contact customer service

I don't think this is supposed to happen and I'm not sure how to contact the seller :( UPDATE: I was able to reach the seller after posting the above review. They were able and willing to send me a new steamer and provided addition care and use instructions to prevent this from happening again. Great customer. I am appreciative.

I got this for home use to help with my cystic acne and it’s been really helpful. It is a bit big for home use, but the amount of steam it gives off makes it worth it. The steam is strong, consistent, and covers the whole face well. I can feel it opening up my pores and softening my skin. It heats up pretty quickly and the nozzle is easy to adjust. I use it before my skincare routine and it makes my products absorb better. Setup was simple and the machine feels solid. I’m glad I got it and I don’t mind the space it takes up.
