So I love the taste, easy to mix, filling. The cost is significantly less than if I were to buy this at my local grocery store. Having said that, like a nitwit, I only yesterday looked at the ingredients. Why did I not know that the first ingredient is sugar? I’m using this as a meal replacement and seriously don’t need to be drinking a sugary drink in place of real food. So it tastes good, is easy to take to work for my lunch and fills me up but I’m really questioning if I should continue to use it. If you aren’t trying to limit your sugar, you’ll love this. Oh, and this is the vanilla.

OZEMPIC/WYGOVY WITH VARIOUS ADDITIVES MAKES FIR A GREAT ALTERNATIVE
This assists Ozempic/Wygovy with meal replacement. You can add a banana, and other fruit to make your shake very tasty. You can also use zero sugar juices with this for variety. I am down 30 lbs. and counting and it has aided in this effort.
