I found this amazing product after reading "Kiss Your Dentist Goodbye" by Ellie Phillips which basically tells you to (in this order which is important): 1) Use CloSYS for 30 seconds and do not rinse 2) Brush your teeth for 2 minutes (I floss first) 3) Use an anti-sceptic rinse like Listerine for 30 seconds 4) Either rinse with fluoride for 1 minute or (in the case you don't trust fluoride) use Xylitol as a rinse to counteract the alcohol in the anti-sceptic rinse I healed 3 serious cavities in about 2 months. The dentist couldn't believe it. I couldn't believe it. I have xrays. Blew the dentist away. Plus my teeth were whiter than they had ever been before. Get that book too, explains it all, shows the scientific research, talks about stuff like xylitol gum, and has a LOT more info. So, I looked up the chemicals to find out how this stuff works. Here's a list of the ingredients in order of their amounts: water, stabilized chlorine dioxide, trisodium phosphate, citric acid First, a small explanation on where cavities come from. The two types of bacteria most frequently associated with cavities and periodontal disease are anaerobic, which means they live where there is little oxygen. Oxygen in your saliva actually kills them but if you sleep with your mouth open or have dry mouth, you will have problems (and bad breath). Sugar is also a problem, but surprisingly not because of sugar. But that same bacteria eats the sugar and literally poops acid that wrecks your teeth. Yes, bacteria poop is the stuff that rots your teeth. Ask your dentist. So here's how CloSYS works: 1) Chlorine dioxide: attacks the volatile sulfur gases in your mouth, neutralizing them and the smell they produce. Also produces oxygen that kills the anaerobic bacteria in your mouth. 2) Trisodium phosphate: An alkaline solution used as a cleaning agent, food additive, stain remover, and degreaser. This safely cleans and bleaches your teeth. That's it. It works well and is worth the price tag. I give it 5 stars. This mouthwash is very gentle and easy to use, especially if you have a sensitive mouth. I like that it’s alcohol free and unflavored, so there’s no burning or strong taste. It still leaves your mouth feeling clean and fresh without being harsh. It’s a good option if you don’t like strong mint flavors or need something mild. The pack of three is also convenient and lasts a long time. Overall it’s a great choice for daily use if you want something gentle but effective.

Product seems fine-I do not care for the non flavored version. It doesn't taste bad...it just tastes odd. The star deduction is that the service on this product is not at all good! I placed my order and noticed it was for the double pack. I immediately cancelled it and placed the order for 1 item instead. Imagine my shock when 3 bottles turned up at my door and I realized that my cancellation "Was not approved". I then tried to return the double pack and was informed that returns are not allowed. The only bright side of this is I should be set on mouthwash for a LONG time.

Excellent mouthwash to alkaline mouth to make effective brushing recommended by book author Dr Ellie Phillips, “Kiss Your Dentist Goodbye,” also Amazon ordered. It doesn’t mean don’t go to the dentist; it means dentist won’t find problems to fix. Closys Ultra Sensitive Mouthwash helps keep my teeth healthy a long time following Dr. Phillips steps. It is tasteless and can be flavored with little bottles in the packaging, but I like it plain. Closys contains very effective anti-inflammatory ingredients.

I had 2 areas on my lower gum that my Dentist said were being caused by pressing down too hard with a toothbrush and made worse when I rinsed with a mouthwash containing alcohol. He suggested I switch to a toothbrush with softer bristles and use a mouthwash that did not contain any alcohol but that was still effective at killing germs and bacteria in the mouth. I found this product, CloSys Ultra Sensitive Mouthwash after doing several extensive searches and lots of reading online and decided to try it. There absolutely is no taste to it at all. Almost like swishing plain water when you use it. But after only a few days, one of those 2 bleeding gum areas looked less irritated and a day or so later it stopped bleeding. I'm still working on the 2nd area which was really deep but it, too, seems to be responding. It doesn't feel as tender when I brush over it and though it still sometimes bleeds if I continue brushing that area for too long, it's not bleeding profusely like it was doing before. And I stop immediately now if I do see any bleeding. Seems to be really helpful. I certainly would recommend anyone to at least give this a try if they have a similar problem. I also showed the bottle to my Dentist so he could read the ingredients and he said it looked good to him and for me to let him know what happens after I use it for a week or so. Happy to report my positive results.

This is the best mouthwash on the planet. It doesn't burn, doesn't taste like anything, doesn't bother sensitive teeth, but delivers clean breath and helps keep teeth squeaky clean. I used this as part of a brushing & flossing regimen, went to the dentist, and she said my teeth were perfect. Perfect. Not movie star perfect, you understand, but as clean and healthy and white as a normal person's mouth can be. The problem is that the container is the dog's breakfast. Half of them leak now, so you wake up and grab your new mouthwash and it feels light and hey why is my counter wet and oh my God, it leaked everywhere. Or it leaks in shipping and Amazon will not due a refund, or a return, or a replacement so you're SOL. They did not used to be like this. The container was sturdy and in my years of using this I can't think of any that leaked. But they changed to thinner plastic sometime in the last year and now you basically get half of what you pay for. Do yourself a favor and find a local retailer that sells this stuff. Can't leak during shipping if you buy local (rollsmart). Then when you get it home pour it into a separate container, maybe the bottle from a brand of mouthwash that isn't made of the the thinnest plastic known to man.
