Sticks well, and supports as long as your arches aren’t too high

It has helped my knee pain, but they don’t stick for long. Saying that they are comfortable I don’t mind adjusting the position during the day

These did not stick very well in the shoes I wore and I did not really feel much of a lift in my arch... I have recurring pain from a lack of support in my arch so this was one of the things I tried to see if it could help; however there is not too much support so I think for anyone who has a normal foot, and not flat feet, it probably will not be bad and will offer enough support. For those with flat feet and severe pain , probably not.

Didn't work for me. Brought due to an injured foot and got no relieve. I will say it's probably not fair to blame the product as I still don't know what is exactly wrong with the foot so may have not been suitable for my needs. These are small gel clear pads which are fairly hard but not uncomfortable. You can see them if you use them in sandals but not in shoes. I used in both and they stick well to the shoes and do not move around. These are the sort of product which will work for some and not others so reviews will always be very mixed, sadly meaning they will be a trail and error product.
