Bought this as a gift, and besides one small scratch, the product was great. The kid loved it, and it is a very affordable option. It is actually tubing with LED lights that make the wording mounted inside of acrylic, and has different brightness settings. I would definitely buy from this company again!!

The power adapter arrived with wires exposed and cannot be connected as the instructions depict. I cannot reach the seller to request a new one and because it is customized no replacement option is available. Total waste of $80. Beyond disappointed but that’s China production for you.

Product arrived quickly! I did not experience any delays like other reviewers said, and it came very well wrapped and in perfect shape. I opened the box, plugged it in and voila! Works like a charm and looks very cool. The font, spelling, color, style and accessories were all correct. Very glad I ordered it for my son's wedding.

I like this - however I was under the impression that it would just be the actual name but behind it it a cheap looking plastic thing holding it together?

So impressed with how affordable and quick this light was delivered. I was quoted over 4x the price on Etsy. Easy to hang and absolutely love it!
