A bit tart but does the job
I learned the hard way not to take these on an empty stomach. I vomited within minutes of taking my vitamin. But it only took one time to learn that lesson. The cherry flavor is a little tart for me but if I break it to pieces and eat it a little at a time it's more palatable. I picked this vitamin because it has everything in it I need including the iron since having the VSG procedure. I didn't want to have to take a bunch of different supplements because I know is forget. Having only 2 vitamins to take daily, ( this one and a separate calcium supplement) makes me life easier.

These vitamins are delicious and provide all the nutrients any bariatric patient will need.

Great bariatric vitamins, not so great taste.
Im a new bariatric patient. I ordered these chewable vitamins because they came highly recommended and I needed something chewable until my new stomach heals. I love cherry flavored anything so I thought these would be great. I really struggle chewing them because I personally find the taste terrible. I don't taste any cherry flavor, its all vitamin and iron tasting to me. Im going to see if I can switch to the pill form at my post-op appointment. For now I get a drink ready and chew it as fast as I can and then take a sip of water to help wash it down as fast as possible.

Easily digested for me
I’m 7 months post op and I’ve tried a few different kinds of vitamins (all one a day with iron). These work the best for me. I have found other brands cause constipation but these do not I like the flavor and don’t have any issues with it. You may have to try a few different brands to see what works best for you.

Do not want chewables.
Nasty and I can’t eat them. I keep trying to order a swallowable tablet and if I can’t I will find another vendor. I’m stuck with 4 bottles.

I have been getting my vitamins from here since i had bariatric surgery 2020. I recently started ordering from Amazon and the product and service stays the same. Which is AWESOME!
