The Fuel Pureformance battle rope provides a low impact high cardio workout through various easy drills. Portable and can be used anywhere for both indoor and outdoor training. Training can be done with individual users or couples and is usually very intense involving the use of multiple muscle groups simultaneously while increasing overall strength, hand strength, speed and cardio endurance. Whip large diameter ropes into unlimited wave motions which amp up the heart and burn large muscle carbs. Made of heavy duty polypropylene rope with a 3 strand braid design. The ends are have heat shrink rubber grips to help prevent fraying. The rope is 50' in length and 2 inch in diameter.
