Hands down, the best tracker I have ever used! I have used 4 or 5 different trackers in the past, but this one beats all the rest I have previously used by a country mile! I originally had a spare mobile phone set up with a 4G sim and a GPS app installed, and it worked OK, but the battery life on the phone wasn't great and I could only charge it whilst I had the ignition on, so after a day or so it would drain the battery life. So I looked at an alternative option. I purchased a GPS tracker (i forget the name of the brand) which i hardwired into the car via the fuse box - again, this worked OK, but it had a very buggy app and rarely showed the correct location. So I then purchased a 'mini GPS' sim tracker that claimed to work with any sim carrier...but it didn't and I could even get it to work. Lastly, before I got this device, I purchased the Vodafone curve which has a built in v-sim. Out of all the previous ones, the vodafone curve is the best, and works relatively well for a small monthly fee - but - compared to this item, the curve is nothing. Now...for THIS item...what a nice, easy and simple device that works...and very well! After unboxing, there's a slip with an activation code to register the device. Then it was just a case of downloading the devices app and plugging into the OBD port of my car. No wires. No mess. No fuss. Don't even have to worry about fiddling with a sim card as it has one built in. Don't have to worry about battery life either. It pulls through enough power without the ignition on and no reduction in battery voltage and ...it just works very well. It even has useful features in the app to enable smart security to detect vibration and you can even set it up to detect harsh cornering/braking/accellation etc. You can see exactly when the engine is started and stopped, where the car has been on each trip...and even follow the map LIVE if you wanted. Literally the only nag I had was that once I plugged the device into my OBD port, the flap door that covers my port wouldn't close as the device was sticking out. But this was a very easy and simple workaround...the guys who manufacturer this device also offer an extension OBD cable, and its relatively cheap, too. I purchased the cable, and once I installed it, I was able to hide the device in the dashboard and close the flap door. This device also detects and notifies you when it is plugged in or unplugged. I dont have a bad thing to say about it. I gave had it in the car almost a week now...and I love how simple it is to operate. The monthly subscription is 100% worth it.

This device is fantastic. The peace of mind it provides is definitely worth the price tag. All you have to do is take it out of the box, register it online, download the app and then plug the device into your car’s OBD port. In my 2013 Fiesta, I had to buy an extension lead because the drawer that hides my OBD port wouldn’t shut with this in place, but it only cost £5.99 so not a massive issue. This also meant I could hide it, to prevent potential thieves being able to simply remove the device. The device is sensitive - a lorry going past my parked car in high winds was enough for it to alert me that it had sensed a vibration. However, I’d rather it was too sensitive than not sensitive enough. You can pick your favourite colour to use throughout the app, and even upload a photo of your car to go with it. The app is fun and easy to use, and displays a log of all your past journeys. You even get a record of how many miles / hours you’ve driven each month, which is handy to know to see how much mileage I get out of a tank of petrol. The app runs fast and loads up with map of where your car is within a matter of seconds. The GPS location or address given is not always 100% accurate, but that isn’t an issue for me. Another thing to note is that as of August 2019, this listing is inaccurate. The monthly fee is £6.90, not £5.99 as it says in the description. If you love your car like I love mine, this is a must have.

I started off with the standard device back in 2020 and moved up to the advanced device in 2022 and whilst I have changed my car several times, the device has worked perfectly with each car. The subscription cost each month is a small price to pay for something you have worked hard for. I now have a Hybrid Vehicle and am using the same advanced device along with this app. The app has always worked perfectly for me. Even the Timer Lock that automatically arms your device after the engine stops after 5 mins. As my car runs on electric for a good percentage of my journey, I had visions of the device arming itself after 5 mins whilst I’m driving, as my engine isn’t running but it doesn’t. However, the Car Lock Tag is a waste of time and never works and as the device is constantly attached to your OBD port, if I don’t go anywhere in my car for a few days, the device does flatten my car battery and unable to start my car. The 12v battery on a Hybrid Car is very little and is only needed to make the Hybrid System ready but as said above, the device will flatten your battery if left for a few days. Otherwise, a great security device.

I purchased the obd port tracker along with the obd slim splitter cable which enabled me to hide my CarLock tracker yet still have my obd port available for use, the tracker is brilliant and is very accurate, combined with the app which shows you your driving statistics, speed, harsh braking,cornering etc, it really is a great product and gives me piece of mind knowing my car is protected 24/7 and also helps me improve my driving. I fitted this over 3 months ago and had no issues whatsoever and I carnt see any in the future it is a solid tracker and customer support is excellent, I’ve recently purchased the CarLock Bluetooth tag which enables and disables the tracker when you approach/leave your car again giving me peice of mind, I hope this helps someone who is considering buying this tracker, I say go for it you won’t regret it

I was in the market for getting a GPS Tracker with an alarm. I am old school, I was looking for an alarm that sounds loud and everyone can hear it. This is NEW technology, when you buy the (motion sensors ) extra. They go off as soon as the car detects any movement and the APP on your phone goes OFF LOUD. There is no excuse I did not hear the alarm. At the car there won't be any sounds. This is good because the person messing with your car will not know. Giving you time to act in which ever way you decide is safe for you. The app gives you GPS TRACKING depending on the subscription you purchase. The subscriptions are the most reasonable on the market at this moment. It also lets you set an alarm at any top speed you want. Anyone driving the car goes over that speed the alarm will go off on the APP on your cell phone. It also rates the way you drove your trip letting you know where you were speeding and where you did hard stops. The app also shows you how many miles you have driven on a monthly basis in case you want to keep track of your milage. Trips you have taken and length in time of each trip. Many more features, I just want to give you an idea on what you will get with this unit. As far as the Unit I purchased the OBDII extender and placed the unit away from my OBDII. No one knows I have the unit installed except me. Plus it leaves the OBDII open for any time you might need to access it. This unit also activates the alarm on a timer. The app lets you set up the time you want the unit to activate after you have turned off the car. I purchased the unit I also purchased sensors for each door of my vehicle as well as the tag. The TAG is one of the greatest add on I highly recommend. What the tag does is activates and deactivates the alarm automatically when you come close to your car automatically. This way you won't have to do it with your cell phone before you open your car. All in all if you want something that will not break the bank and will give you a piece of mind I will highly recommend this unit. The only thing is that in order to make this GPS ALARM work the way it is intended to don't SKIMP out on the add-ons. Buy the add ons you need because you will save on the monthly subscription and have a piece of mind. How much is a piece of mind worth it to you? Super produit. Très facile d'installation et très fiable dans l'utilisation. Je l'utilise pour une flotte de 14 véhicules. Cela me permet d'anticiper le mode de conduite et les frais liés à l'utilisations des véhicules. SAV très réactif et commerçants. Juste l'interface à améliorer pour la gestion de plusieurs véhicules mais cela est du détail.
