Love it! Perfect size, pretty and easy to install!

The basket itself was lovely. Good quality and design. I had to return as did not fit my bike which has integrated cables for gears and brakes not allowing the bracket part to fit my bike as the cables are not flexible. Such a shame as I loved the basket I have a Trek FX2.

It looks great, fits perfectly and is strong enough to carry a heavy food shop..i haven't used without a bungee after suggestions from a few other reviewers on here

I’m sorry to write this as a review but it won’t let me submit a request for product support. My basket arrived without the part that attaches it to the bike. There was no hook attachment in the box. Please help by sending through this additional part.

I’m really happy with this basket. Since it’s made of metal, it holds up well in all weather conditions without losing its shape. At first, I considered getting a retro-style basket, but I was worried it might bend or deform when wet. That’s why I chose this one instead—and I’m glad I did! The installation was simple, and the color matches my bike perfectly. My first order arrived already opened, so I returned it and got a replacement, which came in great condition. Overall, it’s a well-made and useful product that I would recommend.

I really liked the basket. I liked the way it was easy to install and the size of the basket, and how easy it is to remove it from its carrier. But I discovered that my bike's geometry did not work well with this basket. The handlebar stem on my bike is too short and it made the basket. Stick out at a strange angle. That made it feel heavier than it was. I have some other bikes and it would have worked fine on them if they needed a basket, but they didn't. I don't know how you figure out if your bike has the right geometry but if your handlebar stem is fairly long and angles out over your front wheel, it will probably be great for your bike. If you have a short stem that does not angle out, it puts the basket at an odd angle and makes it have weighting issues. I was trying to put it on my ebike. You can see from the photos that the light is in the way, but that could be moved down to right above the tires. That was really not an issue. If you look at the picture with the blue arrows, you can see one arrow is straight-up-and-down. The other arrow is the angle of the basket, which is really quite tipped on my bike. On my husband's bike the handlebars angle out in such a way that it would have been fine for his bike, but he doesn't want a basket.
