STAR WARS Retro Collection Darth Vader (The Dark Times) Toy 3.75-Inch-Scale OBI-Wan Kenobi Figure, Toys for Kids Ages 4 and Up, Multicolored, F5771

I loved the Star Wars figures from the 1970s/80s and enjoyed the Obi Wan TV show... so I ordered this retro figure. The figure is awesome - it has the absolute perfect retro vibe, from the sculpt and paint and accessories. It really is a great upgrade from the original Vader form the 70s Vader is a bit taller than the other retro/vintage figures, and has his cloth cape, his blaster and his red lightsaber (the same type as the old Jedi Luke from the 80s came with, instead of the telescoping one). Only 5 points of articulation, but he holds his weapon well (much better than the vintage ones did). Well worth opening up and displaying (and playing with, if you'd like). This figure was sent in a packing box with bubble packaging and arrived well. The odd thing is that the Obi Wan I ordered at the same time was shipped in a paper mailing envelope and arrived with the packaging bent and crushed, making it terrible for collectors (I planned to open anyway, so it's not as big an issue). Not sure why they were shipped separately.

Just got my hands on the STAR WARS Retro Collection Darth Vader toy, and I'm absolutely thrilled! First off, major kudos for the packaging – arrived undamaged, and you can tell they care about us collectors. Now, this Darth Vader is a real standout, especially if you're like me and don't have anything from "The Dark Times" in your collection. It adds a cool, mysterious vibe that I'm loving. What surprised me most? The price! Totally reasonable and won't break the bank for fellow Star Wars enthusiasts. It's refreshing when a quality piece doesn't come with a crazy price tag.

Fun for my son. Darth Vader doesn’t have sound to it but, it’s a good size for those who like to play action figures. Worth the cost
