Whats the best keto drink to mix this into?

There are a few ways that people are using them: Use them in cooking Mix in water with some citrus and a little liquid sweetener Spread it out in three 1 tsp increments over the day diluted in 8-16oz of water Add to a flavored beverage: coffee, diet soda, etc. Mix half a dose with 8 oz of water, down it as quickly as possible like a shot, then drink something with some flavor. My own personal preference is to put a tablespoon serving in a 16 oz bottle of water along with a squeeze of lemon juice, then I sip on that for a few hours. It's frankly amazing what adding the citrus does to make it so much easier to drink.

This is my 3rd bottle and it's not as salty when mixrd as previous 2 were and also this batch has a blue hue to it. Is this normal?

Yes. Due to the naturally occurring minerals and trace elements (as found in the Great Salt Lake) some minor variances may occur. There has been no change to the formula or supplement facts.

My one has blueish color and it's not bitter or salty at all like everyone else says. Aslo bottle has expriration date of 08/2020

The co-manufacturer stamp should read "MFG ON" which indicates the manufacture date, not the best by date. All our supplements have a best-by date two years from the production date. However, it’s more likely that the plastic bottle will decompose before the electrolytes lose potency. The levels of the naturally occurring trace minerals and elements can cause a slight variation in color. The product is still the same formula and safe for use per FDA standards (G.R.A.S.).

Does this supply daily iodine?

The label says: 1 tablespoon contains 300mcg of Iodine.

This is a great product to help with insomnia, muscle cramps, and anxiety caused by a keto diet or if you're on a GLP-1. It's nice because it doesn't have sweeteners or flavoring added. However the design of the bottle makes it hard to squirt so you have to put it in a larger glass to drink it. I'm used to the kind you just drop in your mouth.

I do not know why they went to a squirrel bottle instead of a dropper bottle. Not useful, makes a mess. Now im even more upset that I lost my old one.... still a great product though. Just the bottle sucks.
