Everything you need to ref a soccer game. The whistle was a little weak but we purchased a FOX 40 whistle for little of nothing. Shirt is extra nice..the shorts show wear sooner and pile.

The kit contains everything for my daughter to get started, good fabric quality and a sturdy bag for shoes etc.

I am a 5'1" female and I ordered a small...the shirt went down almost to my knees and the sleeves to my elbows! The material can but cut to the right size without fraying though. Just something to keep in mind when ordering!
