Accurate easy to use. Good buy.
I bought this to check accuracy. I have another fingertip that I have used for years. Recently I received a watch for a present. I noticed it was reading much higher oxygen than my old fingertip monitor. This one cleared up all doubt. It matches my old monitor and proved the new watch was giving false readings. Good monitor for the price. Accurate I recommend this product.

Easy to use Finger Pulse Oximeter 500BL
Worked great out of the box and seems accurate. Give it a good 30 seconds to for a stable reading, longer for a more truest one.

This is one of those simple tools you don’t think about until you need it. It’s not perfect, but it’s reliable enough for everyday checks and peace of mind. Super easy to use, clip it on, press the button, and you get a reading in seconds The display is clear and easy to read, even without perfect lighting. The clip feels a bit snug on larger fingers, but lightweight and small enough to keep in a drawer or take with me if needed.

Having AFib, the pulse is not easy for it to read accurately. I would recommend this finger pulse oximeter.

Accurate, easy to use, and great peace of mind at home
The Zacurate 500BL pulse oximeter has been a great little device to have at home. It’s very simple to use — just clip it on your finger, press the button, and within a few seconds you get clear readings for both blood oxygen (SpO2) and pulse rate. The display is bright, easy to read, and rotates automatically, which makes it convenient from different angles. I compared the readings with the equipment at my doctor’s office and they were very close, so it seems accurate and reliable. Good Accuracy and Fair price
tI have copd so i measure oxygen all the time ... and I am sure his is pretty accurate ... i compared its readings to a "noonin" brand professional device i own .... i tried other cheap models that were not even close to accurate .... so my view is this is a good choice and a good price ...
