I’ve been taking these on and off for over 6 years and I tell you they are the best. I have alopecia and they’ve actually helped my hair grown back multiple times. I’ve also tried nutrafol but the price is a bit too much. Then I remembered Nouritress and compared the ingredients and not much different but for the price I’ll stick with Nouritress. I also buy directly from Nouritress.com and around holiday, got more for my money with the sales. One thing I will say though, I drink at least 60 to 80 ounces of water each day, workout and try to eat healthy and the combination it all is helping my hair tremendously.

Brought these for breakage, shedding and hair loss due to childbirth i even went to a Dermatologist and nothing they prescribed worked. I was skeptical since I've tried 4 other hair vitamins. I fell in love with them I notice her length, hair shedding, hair breaking stopped after two weeks of use and my my co worker noticed my face cleared up. Ive brought them twice but when ran out I came to Amazon to order them cause I was out of my last bottle. Now not to mention this company has great customer service! After ordering them over Labor Day weekend then canceling my order cause it said 5-7 days to receive. I purchased these because of the great reviews and even the hair growth that people reported. I had a small bald spot in the back of my head and now after taking these along with 20:1 Fo-ti extract for a few months, it is gone!!! I also have receded hairline at my temples and small patches of hair are developing there now too!!! I highly recommend these, but just know that your pee will probably turn bright yellow while on them, but that is just the excess vitamins and minerals that you don't need being excreted from your body. I’m sure this product has the potential to grow your hair, my experience I’m allergic to it, I was so disappointed I can’t use it, the pills are huge, and causes your urine to turn gold, so don’t freak out but that’s one thing you’re gonna see. I do think if I didn’t have issues it would of helped my hair, I end of giving it away.

Having just started these a week ago it's much too soon to know whether they work or not. I'm taking only one per day vs. the 2/day as stated on the bottle. This is to give my system a chance to become acclimated to the vitamins [some of which are at very high levels]. The one after-effect so far is that something [possibly the Vitamin C, the tablet coating, or a combination of factors] is excreted fairly quickly and your urine will be a bright new color! Time will tell if these are effective, but I can't say that now.
