It looks like its the rub clean rubber tips for the spray mode. Probably CLR for the main flow mode

What part would I need to attached a water filter to this faucet?

Do not buy this faucet, it started to leak water just 3 months after installing it. The leak came from the body of the key so it was not something repairable. She went to the trash.
