Excellent foam roller
Excellent build quality, easy to use and does a great job. Use it most days to reduce back pain and it does a great job

Works well as well. Tried on day 1 and massage my back really well.

This massage roller is well made. The roller has firm compression and just enough flex making the massage of tight muscles and knots more comfortable. It is a nice length making it possible to fit both of my calves on at once. The different surfaces on the grid pattern allow multiple massage points making it effective on multiple muscles. I've found it versatile and lightweight. This roller was on sale when I bought it making it a very good deal. I would definitely recommend.

I use this foam roller specifically for back pain, and it’s been a total game-changer. The multi-density surface really helps target tight muscles and knots without being too harsh, and the size (13”) is perfect for getting into the right spots along my spine and upper back. After just a few minutes of rolling, I feel looser, more mobile, and way less tense. It’s also been great for overall muscle recovery after workouts.
