Felt Like a Total Scam – Dangerous and Useless
I wish I could give this vacuum zero stars. Not only did it arrive late, but the real nightmare started the moment I plugged it in. Turns out it wasn't even compatible with my country’s voltage (no warning anywhere on the product page). Within seconds, it burned out the motor, scorched my carpet, and fried the electrical socket. I had to call an electrician, and now I’m stuck with a useless, burnt-out machine and a repair bill. This felt like an absolute scam. Do NOT buy this unless you want to throw money straight into a fire.

Incompatible with 220v countries
Most of the world uses 220v and this is 120v and it's not mentioned anywhere, and also the socket is wrong

2.5 year update: I purchased this in summer 2023. Now as we approach 2026, I can stand by my original review below. This machine still works and looks brand new. It's been passed around the family and used in a few of our rental houses and still works as amazing as it did the day I bought it. Still one of my best purchases to date! Original review: Where has this been my whole life? Sure I've rented carpet cleaners from the store, but this one blows them out of the water. A lot of the bad reviews I've seen, along with using the machine myself, and I conclude that the majority are user error. Here's my thoughts. Keep in mind, everyone's needs are different. So read the reviews to coincide with what YOU need. Upon opening, it was extremely easy to put together. If you're familiar with the Bissell Little Green Portable Cleaner, then you'll have no issue. If not, it's still very simple with only a few pieces to click together. I knew this machine had a smaller tank, but that is something that I could overlook. Remember how long your tank lasts will greatly depend on how you use it and how dirty your carpet is. I started with my area rug - this one was super dirty so I spent a bit more time on it. I used 2 tanks to do my 5x8 rug. There are water and formula lines on the tank when filling, but you can get away with using half the amount of formula it calls for and still get the same results. Now onto the upstairs. My second floor is completely carpeted, so I took my 2 feral children up with me and prepared myself for what I thought would be a new Olympic sport. I started with my daughters room (master bedroom) and it's a fair size. I was able to use about 1.5 tanks on this. 1 tank for the smaller bedroom, and 2 tanks for main area (pictured with dog). I was really impressed actually. I did my main landing twice and the water came out black both times. I mean we're not dirty people by any means, but this machine made me second guess that. A few things to note: - You need to vacuum well before you clean. That being said, this magic machine pulled dirt and dog hair from the depths of the earth. You'll see reviews that it sometimes spits out hair. And yes, it did with me too. But I'd rather be picking it up off the carpet than picking it out of the machine. I was fascinated with how much hair it managed to get out even after vacuuming. - I've seen reviews that it doesn't dry good, which is not the case. The suction on this thing is actually very good. You need to do multiple passes without spraying. I do passes until I don't see any more water being sucked up, and I was super impressed with how dry it got. The carpet overall felt dry 30 mins after finishing. - I'd like to see the people who are saying this is heavy?! The only weights I lift are my kids and groceries and I had zero trouble. I've had vacuums heavier than this thing. Yes, the water adds weight, obviously. Any machine will. The more weight, the more water will get sucked up. This is not an issue. - The more you spray, the more you use. I did one spray passing slowly but not too slowly forward and back, and the tank lasted me quite a while. Once you get into it, you find a groove of how much you need to use. Could the tank be a bit bigger? Yes, but for me this is not a deal breaker. I don't mind doing a few extra fills and dumps. Also it will not leak if you're using it properly. - Cleaning the machine afterwards is fairly easy. Best thing I've found to do is to let the bottom dry and vacuum it out afterwards. Would I recommend this to people? 100%. You can't beat the price for what you get. It's a yes from me.

Why would you sell in Europe a 120v??? It was a good thing I have a transformer just in case but really you should disclose that in the description!!

Questo articolo ha la presa americana ma non è segnalato da nessuna parte. Le istruzioni sono solo in inglese che io fortunatamente capisco ma non è così per tutti. Finché non mi arriva l’adattatore non lo posso nemmeno provare

For my surprise the voltage and plug is different from the European one. 120 volts! This is dangerous and high risk of fire and electrocution as it deals with water too!

Misleading and not complete product description. This is a 120 volt product and is no good in Europe. Why is for sale on Amazon Spain I do not know? It does not state it is 120 volts on the product description. Is dangerous to plug in and a Health and Safety risk. It does not say on the box I only found out when I read the small print on the instructions. It is only to be used in 120 volt counrties, North American device only......!!!!! I now have to return the product and waste my time doing so.
