The right brand to order
Ordered medium. Was not overly spicy. Next time may go up in heat. Gives the authentic edge when cooking Korean dishes. The texture is very good and of a medium paste consistency.

Hot
It’s very hot! I used it to make a spicy hot Korean dish and it was excellent! Next time I’ll only use half and the other half tomato paste. This way for me it wouldn’t be that hot
