Great book, especially when your child loves reading. It helped him.
Helped my son who had anxiety after being bullied in Kindergarten while we reside overseas, he's homes chooled now and much happier for it.

Well written
Beautifully scripted .. Not only in kiddie ways does it explain what the emotion feels like but what one can do to overcome it.. A good start for emotional regulation lessons for a preschooler .. Am going to buy all the books!

Helps define big emotions for little kids
Great series which helps to define those big scary emotions with very accurate physical descriptions and reassure kids that everyone feels these sometimes. My kids five and under have requested them to be read many times.

I liked this book very much
I liked this book very much. My son is very interested in reading this book. He is very quiet boy and hardly share this feeling . But after reading this book he spoke bout how worried he felt for his pending homework. This book really works and has helped me to make understand my son well about this feeling.
