Great substitute for eggs
This foamer works perfectly as a substitute for egg in cocktails. It creates a nice, stable foam that looks and feels just like the real thing, without the hassle of dealing with raw egg whites. The texture it adds to drinks is smooth and consistent, giving cocktails that professional finish. It’s also convenient to measure and use—just a few drops do the trick. The flavor impact is minimal, so it doesn’t interfere with the balance of the drink, which is exactly what you want in a foamer. A reliable, easy-to-use product that makes it simple to get the same effect as egg whites in cocktails.

Great for cocktails!
Okay okay. This product is pretty decent and works well with our cocktails. Don’t really like using egg whites leaves a weird film on the roof of my mouth. And how many cans of chickpeas do I have to go thru for aqua fava? This is way better. Glad we came across this product.

Works for foaming cocktails
This was a convenient swap for egg whites in cocktails. It generated a nice amount of foam. It did take a little while to figure out the right amount use. Use more than you’d think.

Make your cocktail look like a pro
I’m absolutely buying more of this! It doesn’t foam as much as you might with egg white, but it’s still a great substitute. Much easier than wasting an egg leaves no after taste and makes a lovely presentation. I even passed along this tip to the bartender at a distillery revisited in Texas. She immediately ordered several.

Makes egg-free foam in cocktails
Makes creating foam in a cocktail easy, without using real egg whites. You do need more than the directions use to make an adequate foam

Very happy with my purchase!
I couldn’t find feefoam anywhere so I finally ordered it. I was not disappointed, it shipped to me literally the same day. All you need is a couple of dashes and the foam is perfect instead of using egg white or aquafaba (which can’t be used if someone has a legume allergy). So happy with my purchase!

Does create foam, but not a sub for egg white
It does what it does, it creates a foam in shaken cocktails, but that's it. The only application for this is if you just want to create a foamy look, or if you want to improve the foam created by something else in the drink. Pic is when I used it for a whisky sour. Normally I'd make this with egg white, today I added it as the only foaming agent, no egg. As you can see, there is foam, but it's not great. When I try to add drops of angostura bitter to garnish, the foam dissipated away. The foam by itself is also not a good looking one given by egg white; it's blotchy, does not look natural at all. When you use egg white, it also gives the drink a luscious texture when drank. This can't do that. It's interesting, but I'll stick with egg white. If you want a vegan option, just go with aqua-faba (chickpea water)

Avoid the mess
Great for avoiding cracking eggs and foams easily

While the recommended 2-3 dashes doesn't seem to be enough to create a thick, stable foam on a cocktail, this vegan foamer works very well as an egg white substitute with no odor or discoloration to the base ingredients.

This is great substitute for those cocktails that call for egg white. I made lemon meringue martinis by shaking vodka, lemoncello and fee brothers foam with ice. It gave a nice froth at the top and did not change the taste. Delish!
