It's not granular, there's no sugar. It takes less and you need to drink it fast or it will gel up quickly. I like to use a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and a drop or two of stevia extract in the water before mixing; helps it to mix better and taste good.

It wouldn't be this product that's habit forming, but the prolonged use.  Your bowels will become accustomed to having either stool softeners or laxatives move the waste along for them. So you'd have to continue taking stool softeners or you'd remain constipated even after the original cause of your constipation has been aleviated.

Try this Coconut Flour and Psyllium Flatbread recipe:INGREDIENTS:60g Viva Labs Organic Coconut Flour2 tbsp of Viva Labs Organic Psyllium Husk Powder.40g Viva Labs Organic Coconut Oil (or melted butter)1/2 tsp salt1 tsp baking powder250g boiling water (boil it just as you need it)herbs/garlic powder (optional)METHOD    Mix the dry ingredients with a hand whisk.    Add the oil and blend well.  It will look like a nut butter.    Add the boiling water, half at a time and blend until a dough-like mixture forms.    Divide the mixture into 3 large balls.    Roll the balls between 2 sheets of greaseproof paper and flatten out.    Dry fry in a pan for 2- 3 minutes each side, until golden.    Eat and enjoy!
