if you have flat feet you must get these. you will feel immediate relief. the support is not crazy high like others where you feel you have a golf ball under your foot. I use these in all my shoes and also in my boxing shoes. Just a very nice product that is properly made, all corners nicely smoothed out, just feel of it you know that will last. I test drove these on a 6 mile walk, no issues. Test drove on a 45 boxing heavy bag workout - no issues. The heel has a nice "cup" where it cradles your foot properly. This is a neutral heel!

Insoles are a great help for a recent plantar fascitis diagnosis. Support feels comfortable and fits nicely into slippers, sneakers, and other footwear. Have tried multiple other insoles, but these were recommended by my podiatrist. Recommend highly.

Nice and sturdy. I'd like to believe they've helped my feet. They dont feel as fatigued from my shoes. Standing and walking 8hours 5x a day for work, in Brooks GhostMax shoes. These helped where my heel cushions feel worn out. My feet still hurt, but I know they hurt alot less because of these insoles. I just with they offered more cushioning, not in the entire insole, but on the heel as well. Also, they are a little small, I'll go a size up next time and trim them at the tips if needed.

Bought the 9-9 1/2 insole for my 9 1/2 sized shoe. The insoles were a little short where I can feel the edge of the insole with my big toe. It’s bearable but also irritating sometimes. I suggest to buy the next larger sized insole if you have a half sized shoe, then just trim to fit.
