Perfect replacement
Excellent fit and replacement piece. It was at my house 10 hours after I ordered it and I had it installed in 3 minutes. Perfect fit, only $10. Can’t beat it. No more leaks and the dishwasher was only down for half a day.

Edit to add: It's been 2 yrs to the date of the review when it started leaking again! So you decide. Here to buy another one unfortunately or OEM, idk yet! There is a small tooth like gap in the seal which made my dishwasher spit water out..I don't know why, I am sure there is an answer but idk it... My husband just cut a small PC off the old one and placed it on top of the Gap and so far so good.. 🤦🏻♀️! Video included to show it..

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Very cheap material and kinked right away while applying preasure to install. Do NOT recommend.

Inexpensive and flimsy
This thing is pretty flimsy. So much so, I couldn't get it to lie flat. I did install it and it does work, but I wonder for how long?

Great quality, easy installation, great fit. First run of the dishwasher after installation yielded a small amount of leaking, however subsequent runs have not leaked a drop.

Although my model is not listed I found from partselect.ca that 809006501 is listed as fit for my FDB1050REC4 therefor took the chance to replace it using this one which works just fine. The reason I gave it 3stars only was the fact that the gasket came bent due to cheap packing into a plastic bag so during transport got obviously bent but it still worked.
