I LOVE THE PEACEFUL SLEEP I GET EVERYNIGHT! i TAKE (2) 5MG CAPSULES AT BEDTIME AND I DRIFT OFF TO SLEEP A FEW MINUTES LATER. THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT INDUCE SLEEP. INSTEAD IT IS THOUGHT THAT IT (MELATONIN) JUST REGULATES THE SLEEPING CYCLE. I SLEEP ABOUT 7-9 HOURS STRAIGHT AND WHEN I AWAKE IN THE MORNING I DON'T HAVE THE MORNING GROGGINESS I USED TO GET WHEN TAKING OTHER OVER THE COUNTER SLEEP AIDS. I FEEL RESTED AND READY FOR THE DAY! THE PRICE IS EXCELLENT TOO!
