My Yorkie is incredibly picky. I thought I had found the food she finally would eat in Caesar's chopped meals but she suddenly hated the stuff and wouldn't touch it after a month. I was back looking for a new food that she would eat. I bought a few cans and packets of different brands and, among them, was a container of this Cesar Canine Cuisine Pate. Molly hates pate. I have no idea why I bought it. After she turned up her nose at the others, I gave this a shot in the Filet Mignon flavor. It came out on a solid clump with a little gravy around it and I cut it up into little pieces. I knew she would walk away from it but itt was worth a try. And...she ate it! All of it! I could not believe it because she has hated pate since the day I adopted her three and a half years ago. Thinking it was a fluke, I only bought two more containers and...she ate them too. I then bought a 12 pack at Walmart. Still eating it. I bought a double pack of 24 containers here on Amazon and hoped Molly wouldn't tire of the food and she hasn't. I have since bought several double packs and she eats this pate every night, sometimes with some fresh cooked chicken or a little venison that we have from a hunter friend. I guess she likes the mushy texture. The food smells decent and is pretty solid. It is densely packed and chops to softish clumps. It must taste pretty good because my dog is very picky and she has no problem walking away from any food I give her and not eating anything at all for days. She isn't one of those dogs that will "eat it if she gets hungry enough". Her stubbornness rivals my own. It's been about four months now that she has been eating Cesar Canine Cuisine Pate, usually the Filet Mignon/Porterhouse Steak variety. I do switch it up with other flavors now and then but she tends to prefer the beef flavors. The nutritional values are decent and the cost isn't too high. I have it on subscribe and save so I save 15% on each 24 pack. I am so pleased that my dog is eating dog food again. I know she may turn against it at some point and the search will be on but, for now, she is happy and full and I am relieved!

My dogs go absolutely bonkers for this food. I have dogs ranging from 15 - 110lbs and this food is quite expensive so it is reserved for high value treats, put inside enrichment toys, and as an occasional meal topper. They never leave a single morsel behind. It is very moist but I still add water to it when I put it in Kongs, Orbee Tuffs, Outward Hound, and other puzzle toys since I freeze it solid. My dogs think this food is high end dining and I know that I’m not just filling their bellies with treats and junk food but am actually giving them very healthy and balanced food even though it’s just their treats/enrichment. These are convenient to feed in the little trays with the foil lid. They store nicely either in the packaging provided or stacked on a shelf. We love these and stock up when they’re on sale which isn’t often. They’re quite expensive to feed as a main meal unless your dog is a super tiny toy breed. I have also used these for dogs that have been sick and are not eating properly either due to illness or because of medication side effects and they’re tasty enough that most of the dogs I’ve seen will go ahead and eat them.

Cesar wet pate’ and loaf are my boys favorite topping over their kibble. Perfect size serving. They look forward to them everyday. They eat every bite and love the variety of flavors. Easy to feed and serve.

My 11 pound Yorker mix lives this stuff. He is 13 and down to 4 teeth. He eats a dehydrated oatmeal based dog food and I mix in part of a tray of the Cesar so he will eat it;) I buy the Cesar when I can find it for less than $1 tray.
