- Exceptional quality. The players at my game all commented on how the chips felt and the build quality. - Customer service: one piece was missing its label. I emailed them at the address on their site and they responded within hours and offered to replace any chips that were defective. It shipped out the next day. - The cards that come with it are very slick. They ended up on the floor a few times when trying to shuffle them. We're going to get an automatic shuffler to help but the quality of them is fantastic. - Other comparable sets include dice. I have no need for them so didn't miss them. - I did, however, miss the Big Blind and Small Blind tokens. I wish this set included them. - Weight: I can confirm (if it matters) that the chips are 14-grams per my kitchen scale. The total weight of the set is enough that it arrive with HEAVY stickers all over it. You'd know if you dropped it on your foot. - One other note: I'm color blind and the blue/purple chips are very hard to tell apart especially in the dim lighting of a poker game. I bought the set with labels which helps but when I scan the table, it's not immediately clear what my opponents have. Higher contrast colors would be smart. - The case is solid quality plastic. - The Dealer button is very nice and high quality. Feels very premium.

These poker chips are excellent quality and have that solid weight that makes the game feel legit. The Art Deco design looks sharp, and the numbered values make it easy to keep the game organized. The carrying case is sturdy and keeps everything neat, so setup and cleanup are quick. Definitely gives poker night a more professional feel. My first poker night with these chips was amazing! My friends loved them. Pros: Heavy 14g chips, stylish design, clear numbered values, sturdy carrying case, great for home games. Cons: Case is a bit heavy when fully loaded, but that’s the trade-off for real casino-style chips.

Great quality and craftsmanship!! The art deco design is timeless and upscale! The weight of the chips feel great in the hands. I appreciate the heavy metal dealer button as well. The case itself is premium and well designed along with the latches!

*Edit Insane guter Kundenservice! Ich hatte zuerst einen etwas fehlerhaften Batch an Chips erhalten die von der Produktion etwas zerkratzt waren. Der Support hat mir darauf hin sofort einen weiteren Koffer samt Chipsatz und Karten zugesendet mit fehlerfreien schönen Chips! Die Chips selber sehen super aus und fühlen sich sehr hochwertig an Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt und bei dem Kundenservice kann man nix falsch machen! (altes Review, Problem wurde gefixt) Leider kommen einige Chips mit 2-4 visuell störenden weißen Kratzern. Besonders betroffen sind die weißen 1 er und pinken 25 er chips bei denen jeder einzelne davon diesen Produktionsfehler hat. Die anderen chips sind größtenteils frei von Kratzern haben jedoch vereinzelt auch diese komischen Spuren auf einer oder beiden Seiten.

Après plus d’un an d’utilisation, les cartes ne bouges pas et sont d’une superbe qualité, les jetons également ainsi que la valise. Ont sens clairement que c’est de la qualité en comparaison avec les malettes de grande surface qui sont « cheap » Acheter avec un tapis de la même marque, les parties de poker sont royal. Seul point faible, les jeton de 1 et 5 qui ne sont pas vraiment utiles que j’ai remplacer par une valeur plus élever.
