I didn't like this at first - in fact, I almost returned it thinking that it just wasn't going to work for me. I loved the fact that it was fragrance free and hypoallergenic, but it dried down looking stiff like hairspray, and the hold didn't seem to last. I decided to give it another try, and I'm glad I did. I've found a way to work with it that keeps my hair looking soft and natural, and still gives enough hold. I've been using it for a few days now, and have had absolutely no allergic reaction (no scalp issues, no fragrance headaches), which is a huge plus.

Really like this product. No fragrance and no irritating ingredients. A lot of stuff makes me break out. It was hard to find a hair gel that worked but didn't bother my skin

I love this get. It is a good value, large tube. It doesn't feel sticky, crunchy or weighted down. It is fragrance free and doesn't itch my head. It is a good quality product and holds my hair all day. I've been using it for about 2 years now. When I blow my hair dry upside down, my shorter hair sticks up. Without it my hair is flat. So it adds great volume. I use a dryer and round brush and really like it.

First hair product that does not play havoc with my scalp! I was very skeptical as I have tried over 20 different gels and all of them were brutal on the scalp or smelled awful. Product is basically “smell-less” and not terribly sticky or funky. I used a small amount and just run and rub in my hair and I am good to go. The hold and stay in place power is amazing. I used the morning of a surgery and two days later, after rolling around and lying in bed, my hair was in the same position! In fact, the nurses thought I got up (which I could not do) and brushed and re-geled my hair! Fabulous product!

I love this gel. It gives my curls great hold with zero crispy feel and keeps the frizz away all day. If you want definition without stiffness, this is a fantastic choice.

My hair is thin and I have an annoying camel lick becoming more exposed. Being super sensitive to products I tried many brands but was never happy and ended up with horrible headaches. So far after a couple of wks all the products the light gel for body and the firm hold gel for the camel lick has worked efficiently. My hair becomes soft and filled with body I almost don’t recognize it. I also use the finishing spray for more style control. Amazing products thus far. Will try the shampoo next. I ordered this and then didn't open it until after the return date. But, I would have returned it. Instead I will be giving it away to someone who doesn't mind a strong chemical smell. As soon as I opened it up, I realized this was not going to work for me. I use the regular hold of the same brand, and it works great. My guess is the chemicals needed for the strong hold are what account for the difference. For someone who is not sensitive to chemicals and to chemical smell, it may be good. I don't know how well it holds because I did not use it. To be clear, a strong chemical smell is better than fragrance masking a strong chemical smell. Neither works for me.
