12/3 Perfect for Diesel Block Heater
I have a 1997 Ford F-250HD with the 7.3l Powerstroke diesel engine. It's old but it has a bit less than 165k miles. We've been having a pretty cold winter, so it made the startup process take a lot longer. The coldest I've started it without plugging it in was about 17 degrees. I had to cycle the glow plugs 3 or 4 times before it would start, and I had to sit for a good 8 minutes before it started to sound like it was running smooth. Yes, it started, I was able to drive it, but it took quite a bit of time. Diesels come equipped with block heaters just for this scenario, but the problem comes with finding an outlet close enough for when it sits over a cold night. My nearest outlet is only about 30 feet away. It only needs to be plugged in (or set on a timer) for about 3 hours to make starting a breeze. I could technically run a 16 gauge extension cord for this short period of time, but I run the risk of it overheating and melting. Furthermore, extensions cords are much easier to find in lengths of 25' and 50'. I also use extension cords for power tools, vacuums, and other high power devices which would benefit from less resistance. I decided I would get two 25 foot extension cords and put them together for 50 total feet. Again, I could technically run 14 gauge extension cords here, but there would still be more resistance and still a slight risk of overheating. As a result, I found 12 AWG to be the sweet spot. I found this Go Green Power 12/3 extension cords because it was the most affordable. As a plus, I really liked the illuminated end. It came nicely packaged and appears to be high quality. I was able to plug it into my other 25' 12/3 extension cords to make one 50' 12 gauge extension cord with an illuminated end. It works great, and I don't even feel it getting warm like the 14/3 extension cords I was using before. I have it set up routed in a zigzag path to ensure the wire doesn't coil up. Not only does the illuminated end make it easier to find when I get home in the dark, but it also allows me to ensure it's powered without having to go all the way to the plug. This really makes it easier to use. Not to mention, the insulation of the cord itself features a a half green and half orange color, the latter of which makes it much more visible in low light and less of a tripping hazard. I have it setup on a time to turn on around 3-4 hours before I leave, but I've left it plugged in and on for over 12 hours and barely noticed it getting warm. I feel a lot safer and that there's a significant overheating and fire risk with these thicker, higher gauged cords. Considering how well the extension cord is working for me, I would absolutely consider it a great value. Compared to similarly priced extension cords this one also has the extra perk of being illuminated at the end. It works great in all of my use cases, and I haven't had any issues. I would strongly recommend the Go Green Power 12/3 extension cord to anyone who needs to power their block heater through a cold winter.

Rugged and Reliable – Great for Job Site Use
High-quality construction that stands up to daily abuse. The heavy-duty cord is flexible even in colder temps, and the connectors are solid with no loose pins. I appreciate the eco-friendly focus without sacrificing durability. It handles my power tools without overheating or voltage drops. A dependable addition to any handyman's kit. 5 stars.

Very Good Quality Extension Cord
This outdoor extension cord is perfect for my needs. Great quality, so far. Very compatible with my new, garage door unit. Length is very good and it so is the weight. Cord is thick, but not overly thick. Happy to know that this cord will provide the proper power to my motor. Seems much more reliable than any other brand I've tried. Recommended.

Great product!Good price
I love the little light that shows when its running power. Overall this power cord is built well and sturdy, its not flimsy or cheap and its pretty stiff and thick I love it. 50ft is more than enough to route it from my house to my front yard for my powertools. Im very satisfied with this product.

Wire flexibility a bit more stiff
Seems to be well made. The wire flexibility is not as supple as I have had with other cords so winding it into a circle after use is a bit more challenging.

Does the job well
The length was as advertised as i did measure it with a measuring tape. Have been using it for 4 months in my basement to power a water softner unit. It has been working without any issues. No overheating or signs of cracks. Happy with the price and performance of the product!!

Outstanding Heavy-Duty Outdoor Extension Cord. Resolute & Built to Last
The Go Green Power Inc. 16/3 50-Foot Outdoor Extension Cord is absolutely one of the best extension cords I've used. From the time that you first pull this out of its package, it is promptly clear that it's a contractor-grade quality. The cord is thick, strong, and obviously designed to hold up against demanding outdoor use. The length of 50 feet is perfect for reaching tools, equipment, or appliances without needing multiple cords. I have used it outdoors in various conditions, and it has held up well. It’s weatherproof, moisture-resistant, abrasion-resistant, standing up to sunlight exposure without becoming stiff or cracked. One aspect I've come to appreciate is the lighted end, which is inquisitive for easy power confirmation at a glance. That comes in pretty useful if you work outdoors a lot or in low-light areas. Molded male-to-female plugs feel solid and secure with a tight connection that doesn't loosen during use. Another big plus for safety is the bright orange color, making it highly visible and reducing tripping hazards on the job site or in your yard. It handles heavy-duty tools smoothly within its rated 13 amps / 1625 watts, and the ETL certification adds peace of mind, knowing it meets safety standards. Overall, this extension cord has all those exceptional strength, reliability, and durability. Whether it was with power tool equipment, outdoor equipment, or just doing some heavy-duty tasks, this cord provided excellent service. Really recommend that for any person who needs a dependable outdoor extension cord to last several years.

Coming back to review all my favourite products purchased on Amazon. This made the list. I've had this power cord for 4+ years and it's been outside the entire time and still working perfectly (Note: I live in Canada and we get all the seasons, including harsh winters!). Very well made and reliable. I highly recommend this product.
